Privacy Policy

What we collect

Account details: your email address, an optional display name and an optional anonymous name.
Debt information you choose to enter: nicknames, balances, interest rates, minimum payments, payment history and notes.
Progress data: points, levels, streaks, badges and milestones generated from your own activity.
Preferences: display currency, discreet mode and email consent.
Basic technical data needed to keep the service secure and working, such as error reports.

Card numbers, bank account numbers, sort codes or IBANs.
Online banking usernames, passwords or one-time codes.
Read-only bank connections or open banking feeds.
Credit reference agency files.
Payments are handled by our payment processor. We receive confirmation of a subscription or purchase, never your card details.

You can edit or delete any debt, payment or note at any time from your dashboard.
You can turn marketing emails off without losing access to anything.
You can request a copy of your data, or full deletion of your account and every figure attached to it.
Discreet mode blurs figures on screen; that setting is stored only on your own device.

Your records are protected by database-level access rules so that only your account can read them.
Staff access is limited by role and used only where necessary to support you or keep the service running.
Data is retained while your account is open, and deleted or anonymised once it is no longer needed.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share your financial figures with advertisers.
We use a small number of processors to host the service, send email and take payments, each bound by contract to protect your data.
We may disclose information where the law genuinely requires it.
