Membership Terms

What a membership is

A membership gives you access to the interactive tools, dashboards, planners and reports described on the pricing page for as long as your subscription is active. It is a software subscription. It is not debt advice, debt management, credit repair or any regulated financial service.

Plans and pricing

• Prices are shown in US dollars and charged in US dollars. Other currencies shown on the site are indicative conversions only.
• Annual plans are billed once for twelve months at a 20% discount against twelve monthly payments.
• We may change plan pricing for future billing periods. We will tell you before a change affects you, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

Billing and renewal

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• Payments are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
• If a payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend access to premium features until it clears.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not delete your data automatically when you cancel — you can export it or ask us to delete it.

Refunds

• If you are charged in error or a technical fault stopped you using the service, contact us and we will put it right.
• Where local consumer law gives you a cancellation or cooling-off right, that right applies and overrides anything narrower here.
• We do not offer refunds simply because a payoff projection did not match your lender's figures — projections are estimates and are labelled as such.

Acceptable use

• One membership is for one household. Household and couple access is included only on the plan that lists it.
• Do not scrape, resell, or republish our tools, guides or exports.
• Do not upload other people's financial data without their knowledge and permission.

Availability and changes

We add and improve features regularly. We may retire a feature if it is unsafe, unused or misleading, but we will not remove a core capability your plan is sold on without notice and a fair alternative.
