Affiliate and Advertising Disclosure
You should know who pays for what you are reading.
How we are funded
- One-time eBook purchases.
- Monthly and annual memberships.
- Nothing else. We do not sell your data.
What we do not do
- We take no commission from lenders, consolidation companies, credit builders or fee-charging debt management firms.
- We do not rank the free debt-advice organisations we list by who pays us — none of them pay us anything.
- We do not place lead-generation forms disguised as tools or quizzes.
Why this matters in debt content
In this category, commission is where advice quietly goes wrong: a consolidation loan pays a referral fee, so it gets recommended, whether or not it makes the reader better off. Removing that incentive is the only reliable way to keep the maths honest.
If that ever changes
If we ever introduce any paid placement, sponsorship or affiliate link, we will label it clearly on the page it appears on, update this disclosure first, and never allow it to change the ordering or wording of guidance about what is best for the reader.
