Accessibility Statement
What we commit to, what we know is imperfect, and how to tell us.
Our aim
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA across the site, including the calculators and the member dashboard. Money stress is hard enough without fighting the interface.
What we build in
- Full keyboard operation, with a visible focus ring and a skip-to-content link on every page.
- Form fields with real labels, described errors, and hints attached to the input they belong to.
- Colour is never the only signal: results, warnings and statuses always carry text or an icon too.
- Light, high-contrast design by default rather than low-contrast grey-on-grey.
- Discreet mode, so you can blur financial figures when someone can see your screen.
- Content structure that works with screen readers: one H1 per page, ordered headings, real lists and tables.
Known gaps we are working on
- Very wide payoff schedule tables need horizontal scrolling on small screens.
- Some charts summarise trends visually; we are expanding the text summaries that accompany them.
Report a barrier
